[Today, Amy seems to be trying something new. Aside from being completely dressed up for a ball, in an ivory short rococo dress, she seems to have a pair of expressive rabbit ears upon her head that are twitching.]

[Light's room at the University is bare and empty. Everything is packed into boxes and stacked by the door - invisible - and the blinds are pulled shut behind him. The lights are off, but the light of the NV offers a soft red glow, enough to just pick out the contours of Light's face, and brighten his eyes to an almost maniacal pitch.]

The media in this world is horribly unpoetic. Nothing of heroes and proper wars or the things of epic poetry. Instead there are... monstrosities.

[Whoops. Someone made the choice to go see the terribad 50's movies late at night-- most likely what he ended up seeing were all the monster movies.]

Monsters. Creatures to be feared and to be hunted.
